Title: The Assessment of the Impact of the Sports Aerobics on the Postural Stabilization of the girls aged 8 to 10 years Definition of the problem: This thesis deals with testing of the postural stabilization and also deals with detection of the occurrence of hypermobility in two groups of girls aged 8-10 years. The first group consist of girls that do sports aerobics and second group consist of girls that do not do any sport. Objectives: In the theoretical part I will devote a summary of findings on the development of postural security, with motor development and motor learning and also very briefly the hypermobility. The aim is to verify if the sports aerobics has a formative influence on postural stabilization of girls at a school age. I examine if the high training load at this early age leads to changes in postural motor skills in terms of its positive or negative influence. Furthermore, the research confirms the higher incidence of hypermobility among athletes. Methods: Selection of the research group on a voluntary basis and according to predetermined criteria. Practical testing of children assembled using two test batteries. Statistical data processing (Student's t-test, Spearman's correlation coefficient). Comparing the results between the two groups of girls. Results: Two test sets...

Štěpánek, Jaroslav ; Brtník, Tomáš (advisor) ; Bačáková, Radka (referee)
Title: Stack of games for development of coordination abilities at summer camps Goal: The goal of this work is to create a stack of games, which are suitable for the development of coordination abilities in the environment of a summer camp. These games and the theoretical basis should provide an appropriate level of information needed for composing a game programme suitable for the development of coordination abilities. Methods: The theoretical part was created by conducting a literature review. Practical part - the stack of suitable games is based on literature review and personal experience. Result: Creating a stack of games suitable for coordination development within the programme of a summer camp. Conclusion: Thanks to the contribution of this work, a stack of games is created and a theoretical basis of coordination abilities development is summarized. It is a leaflet and inspiration for everyone who wants to work with kids at summer camps in the hopes of healthy movement development. The stack will also be published in periodicals determined for practical use on children's summer camps and therefore publicly available to everyone mentioned above. Key words: school-age, movement coordination, camping, movement programme

Importance of coordinated P.E. activities during teaching nursery school children to be healthy.
ULBRICHOVÁ, Dagmar
The present work monitors controlled physical activity for children of preschool age both in terms of pre-school and in terms of family environment. The aim is to monitor the current level of physical activity and highlight the fundamental relationship of health education and healthy development of preschool children. Total attendance was 28 children of preschool age. Because of the feedback I have also addressed the 200 participants (nursery school teachers, parents). Based on my findings showed that teachers in nursery schools provide working children with high-quality physical activities. In terms of family background should be paid attention to physical activities and continue to highlight the problems in this area.
